Our History
Founded by Director Emeritus, Dr. William P. Galen, the Camerawork Gallery is an institutional gallery, which has had over 600 continuous exhibitions to date. The inspiration for the gallery resulted from working with Minor White and his Portland Workshops that started in 1959. Exhibitors hail from both the Pacific Northwest as well as nationally, Canada and Mexico.
